Back again with my weekly make up and rather than make up being the star product, the brushes are the main thing. I have been experimenting with a few bits of new make up, such as the Dior Lip Glow which I am obsessed with.
I'm still loving the NARS Tinted Moisturiser*, I use it every single day and I can tell that it's starting to run out. Surprisingly the shade still isn't too dark for me as I still have a little tan from the summer, but I have been adding a little NARS Illuminator in Laguna* into my routine too. After applying this, there's no need to apply any bronzer or highlighter so it's quick and easy for in the morning. I have been using the syntho set of brushes from Crownbrush, in particular the Flat Top Brush and Small Flat Foundation Brush for foundation and concealer. They blend the foundation perfectly, with no hairs shredded at all and clean so easily. I always prefer to use synthetic brushes, which is why I use Real Technique brushes so often. For winter, I always prefer a little more coverage so I have started to use the Clarins Instant Coverage* for any redness.
For eyes I have been using a mixture of the shadows in the NARS Voulez-Vous Coucher Avec Moi, Ce Soir Palette. I love this palette, I just wish that it contained a minature bronzer and highlighter rather than blushes, as I rarely wear them. For brows, Clinique Superfine Liner for Brows in Soft Brown is a favourite of mine. I have been using this on the sparse part of my brows just to fill them in a little, rather than add lots of definition. Another Clinique product is High Impact Mascara which adds length, thickness and definition to the lashes.
For the lips. I now understand the hype around Dior Addict Lip Glow*, which is a made to measure lip balm which tints your lips a different shade of pink to every other woman. I really want to pick up the coral shade!
What make-up have you been wearing this week?
