This month Birchbox has collaborated with Lulu Guinness to create a fantastic box. It contains some brands Lulu herself uses and loves, so it’s an insight into her make up world. I met Lulu Guinness at an event held by Birchbox and Benefit at her store, she was absolutely and answered a few questions from all the girls there. I find that Birchbox has the best range of products in their boxes, as it’s usually all things you would actually use.

This month it contained a miniature of Benefit Don’t Stray, an eyeshadow primer. I was happy to see this, especially as I had just ran out of my Urban Decay primer. It conceals the lids ever so lightly as it’s a tinted primer. In the little tube, I would say you could get at least a months worth of daily use out of it.
There was a miniature of the Korres Body Milk inside too, which is always great for travelling. Recently I’ve been looking at Korres body products more and more, they have some amazing scents which smell to die for. In the box I received, it contained a citrus scented body milk, which I found was amazing to use in a morning shower.
Although I hadn’t tried this brand before, as I’ve been trying out primers recently, I was intrigued by the Dr Brant Pores No More Pore Refiner. Pores aren’t the biggest issue to me, but as a foundation primer, it helped my foundation last a whole lot longer than it usually does.
This is the one product I didn’t try out of the box, as I’m not too sure how I feel about body oils. The Aroma Works Nurture Body Oil smells divine and reminds me of one of the Aromatherapy Associates scent, so if you’re big on body oils, I’m sure you’ll enjoy this.
I love the teeny little vials of perfume for carrying around, so the English Laundry No.7 for Her is perfect for that. If you’re a fan of fresh, almost citrus scents, which aren’t too sickly, you’ll enjoy this.As a little sweet treat, each box contains a stick of rock which represents Lulu Guinness’s sweet themed spring collection which is in stores at the moment.

As another little treat, if you sign up this month and use the code BBXBONJOUR, you will receive a free trio of products. Hurry though as it’s only valid until 31st of March! As for Lulu Guinness, one of her favourite lipsticks is from Givenchy and sometime in the future she may be bringing out her own lipstick range…
