An Ode To Bumble & Bumble

I've spoke about Bumble & Bumble countless times, so you know how much I love this brand. Pretty much all of my hair routine is Bumble & Bumble, with a few exceptions and I cannot fault all of the products. So here is the best of the bunch, in my opinion…

Creme De Coco Shampoo/Conditioner
Not pictured here, sadly as I have run out, but I have been using this shampoo and conditioner for about two months now. It's super moisturising, extra mild as well as being deep cleansing. It's great for those with frizzy hair as the coconut helps to tame frizz, as well restore the shine in your hair. As I naturally have curly hair, I'm lacking in the shine department but it helps calm my hair once it's dry. I use the masque as an extra treatment every other time I wash my hair, just as my conditioner.

Quenching Complex
Once my hair has been washed, I will usually add a leave in conditioner, to add even more moisture into my super dry hair. Most days I go all out and use two, one of them being the BB Quenching Complex. Another one for the people who have frizzy hair as it smoothes out the cuticles and seals in moisture. You could apply daily, or like me, onto damp hair and style as usual.

Hairdressers Oil
I spoke about this a few weeks ago and I confessed my love for it. I apply this onto freshly straightened hair, to add the shine which my hair is lacking. It's a very lightweight hydrating oil which is suitable for all hair types. It adds that polished look you leave the hairdressers with, but you can read my full review here.

Thickening Serum
One thing about my hair is that I have a lot of it, but it's very fine, which I hate it. So I'm always looking to add some more volume and overall make it thicker. It's more suited to people who are starting to thin out, but it helps a lot to add thickness to your hair. Apply overnight, or whenever you want, all through your hair to thicken the hair. I have been using it about three nights a week and I actually have seen a difference, which I was unsure of at first.

Thickening Dryspun Spray
Do I really need to go on about how much I love this product? The bottle pictured is now completely empty and I'm onto the last bottle in my supplies. I use this pretty much every day as a texturising thickening spray. I spray through the ends of my hair after curling it a little, before ruffling it up to add more volume. You can read more about it over here!

Thickening Creme Contour
This is a product which comes out whenever my hair is going up in a top knot A thick cream which melts into a moulding paste, perfect to hold styles in place. My favourite time to use this is right before I put my hair up in a top knot. It adds a little texture but keeps the flyways calm and my hair in place throughout the day. A product which is also loved by many men to keep a style thats 'groomed but messy' look.

Semisumo
It took me about two months before I could get used to use this, mostly because I had no idea how to use it. But this was in my life before dry spun spray and this was how I added texture to my hair. Perfect for when your hair is due a wash and it's looking a little flat, rub this through the bottom third of your hair to add texture. Takes the matte look away from the hair and adds shine. This stuff seriously keeps a style in place too, so perfect for curls which may drop in the humid weather.

Pret-A-Powder
'Equal parts a dry shampoo, style extender and volume in a pinch'. It's the perfect description for this product. I use it as a dry shampoo the day before hair washing day and it really does add volume to the roots. Don't apply directly to the hair, better on your fingers before rubbing through the roots and ends. I've gone through one whole bottle of this product and I think that says a lot.
