I'm back again with my daily make-up looks! I haven't posted one in a very long time and I always used to enjoy posting them, as it's literally what I wear on a day to day basis. I took these photos a few weeks ago now, so my hair is now shorter and I'm a little bit more tanned (thanks fake tan).
I've been trying out primers recently as before, I never bothered with them and I didn't think I needed it. But Benefit Porefessional* is the one of the moment and although it's a little too silicone based for my liking, it keeps my foundation in place all day without it going patchy at all. On this particular day, it was a little sunny so I followed with Clinique Sheer City Block* which is a very light SPF which is tinted. For days in the summer when I can't be bothered, I know this will be used as my foundation and SPF all in one. For my base, I used the Clinique CC Cream* which I have a very love hate relationship with. When I first apply it, it's totally not the correct match for me but somehow after 5 minutes, it matches my skin colour perfectly. For concealer, I have a new love for the Bobbi Brown Cream Concealer in Sand*. For blemishes, it's amazing for me and if I want a lot of coverage for under the eyes, its brilliant. For highlighter, RMS Living Luminizer is a product I have picked up every day since I bought it. I posted a full review of that here!
Going onto the brows, I've reverted back to using MAC Eyebrows in Lingering and then setting it with MAC Brow Set*, two products which I will repurchase again and again. For the eyes, I applied the pinky shade from the NARS Eyeshadow Duo in Alhambra all over the lid for a little glitter. Through the crease, I used a darker shade from The Body Shop Shimmer Cube Palette in Warm*. To finish I used the MAC In Extreme Dimension Lash Mascara*, which I really like for the days when I don't use my usual Benefit mascara. For the lips, I went for my true love lipstick which I am nearly out of, which is the L'Oreal Rouge Caresse Lipstick in Tempting Lilac.
