Since the summer has began, I have been using the same make up pretty much every day, just as always. There are a few standout products which I have came across recently, so let me talk you through a few of them.
I'm a beauty blender convert. It may be a glorified sponge, but it's a good sponge and the way it applies my foundation, my god. I can't go back to using a buffing brush since using this. Most days I have been using Bourjois CC Cream as it's the perfect shade for my skin at the moment. I wear CC or BB creams most days so there was no surprise when I realised my love for this product. Or I have went for the Clinique Sheer Block* with a little of the Bobbi Brown Foundation Stick* on top, a very lightweight sun protected base. For other face products it is Benefit Hoola bronzer again which I am still in love with and NARS Light Reflecting Pressed Powder* which is my new love but more on that another time. For highlighter I have been using a mix of Benefit Girl Meets Pearl* and RMS Living Luminizer, both beautiful products which add different finishes for shimmer. I just love me some shimmer. Of course I will always use the Bobbi Brown Tinted Eye Brightener* which is a must for these late nights recently.
For eyes I am sorted with the Bobbi Brown Sand eye palette which covers all my neutral needs with the addition of this MAC mascara which I have been enjoying using up. I'm currently going through all my old mascaras and using them up before only using Benefit They're Real, which is my true love.
For lips I am obsessed with the Clinique Hydrating Lip Intensive Treatment*, so much so it has it's own blog post coming soon. Seriously it is incredible and you need it, no other words can describe it. Bobbi Brown Lip Sheer in Peach Sorbet* is covering my peachy needs and NARS Velvet Gloss Lip Pencil in Buenos Aires* is very a subtle peachy nude, which I am wearing above. I've been experimenting with NARS quite a lot recently and I am very impressed with the brand as I had never tried loads before.
What have you been using all summer long?
