Ah Paris, one of my favourite cities in the world. I first visited for my 18th birthday and then on Monday I returned for the day to explore the city. My Little Box invited me and three other bloggers, Tijan, Alix and Suzie, out to Paris for the day to view their offices, meet the team and to understand the concept of their brand a little better. As I've been a fan of their boxes since they launched in the UK in September, particularly the Fleur de Force and Diane Von Furstenberg boxes, so I jumped at the chance of meeting them.
After starting the day by getting an early Eurostar, we arrived in Paris and headed to offices for breakfast. Awaiting us was a typical French breakfast filled with pastries, fresh fruit and sweet bread. Before long we were peeking at the views from the terrace, taking outfit photos for Instagram and vlogging everything. Afterwards the team showed us around their huge offices, which were beautiful and as if we just stepped into Pinterest. I took away so much inspiration for my room and future flat! Before long it was time for lunch and we headed to Buvette, a super french cafe. I obviously went for the classic croque monsieur as well as sharing delicious salads with everywhere else. It's always a good sign when you walk into a cafe and it has Aesop hand wash in the bathroom too, there was a store just a few streets down!
In the afternoon it was time to head to Oh My Cream for a skincare workshop. Who else wants to spend a while in a beautiful shop learning more about skincare? All brands from Sunday Riley, Tata Harper, Dermalogica, REN and many more were available in the store. Some of them may seem very accessible for us but in Paris they're all quite hard to get hold of. The next thing on the agenda was, of course, to stop off at the Pharmacy. I picked up some Bioderma for my sister and I and a few bits from Avene which is cheaper in France.
It was a beautiful day spent with three lovely bloggers and I couldn't have asked for anything more. I'll let the photos do the talking for how amazing Paris really is.
