As two of my best friends live super close to Broadway Market, we head there quite often but rarely on a Saturday, which is when the market is on. On a Sunday, when we usually go there, it's just full of hungover people hunting out the yummiest food and a bloody mary. So on a recent rainy Saturday, I took my camera to take some of my photos of my favourite place in my London.
Situated in Hackney, Broadway Market is a main street running near London Fields and near Regents canal. On a Saturday, it's a bustling street market with a huge range of stalls. Most of them being food, I'm always super happy. There also many clothing stalls along the street, even one underwear company which I spotted and fell in love with. Just off from the main street, there's the schoolyard market where it has even more stalls, including a pop up from Bao (a delicious Taiwanese restaurant in Soho).
After walking up and down the market multiple times so that I could pick what I wanted to buy for dessert, I decided on this cinnamon bun (it was either that or a pecan brownie!). Although it wasn't quite the same as the cinnamon buns from Fabrique, it was delicious and ate within minutes of purchasing it.
Just before this, we headed for lunch at one of my new favourite places, which you'll hear all about next!
