The New Thing: Bumble and Bumble Surf Shampoo & Conditioner

So a few weeks ago I blogged about how much I loved the Bumble & Bumble Surf Spray and I thought that it couldn't get any better. That was before I tried the Surf Spray sisters, Surf Foam Wash Shampoo* and Surf Creme Rinse Conditioner*. I hate washing my hair, let me put that out there, it's the task I dread each week. Once I get past actually washing it, blow drying and then straightening it, I am then stuck with awful flat hair. Second day hair is my best friend. This is my answer.

I usually use Tresemme Platinum Strength hair products so I switched to this at the weekend, hoping it would give me a little bit of volume instantly. It did just that. If you have the Surf Spray, then you will know that the volume can range from a little to massive amounts if used on wet hair and then blow dried (I do not recommend). However, this gives you the right amount of volume without having the crispy dry hair feeling. Even after I've done the whole routine to my hair, I'm left with a beachy volume look to the bottom half of my hair.

I'm all about adding texture to my hair without using too much heat on it so look out for a few more texturising products popping up soon. Since I've mentioned these two in the last two posts, I thought it was time to pop up my thoughts on them. The shampoo is Β£18.50 and the conditioner is Β£20 for 250ml, they're available in Boots and other stores. Or if you're wanting to try out the full Surf kit, there's a travel size kit avaliable on the Bumble website for Β£18, but it's only around for a while as the travel kit is limited edition.

Have you tried this duo yet?
