The Haul: A Trip To MAC

A trip to MAC is always a good thing. Whether or not I needed them, it's always nice to treat yourself isn't it? It started off with the Brush Cleanser as I've been extremely lazy when it comes to cleaning my brushes. This spot cleaner is great for my eyeshadow brushes so that I can have a clean one every time I do a smokey eye. No more mixing colours from whatever I used last time. As well as my buffing brush for foundation, now it gets a quick clean a few times a week to get rid of the grime.
I have no excuse for Eye Brows in Fling, I still have some left in the one I'm using at the moment but I can always do with a back up! The thing is with those pencils is that you never know when they're going to run out.
I've always wanted to buy Face and Body Foundation so after trying a few samples to find my perfect shade, I picked up it in the shade C2. A very lightweight water-based build-able foundation in a shade which will match my skin tone for the winter. It's quite popular for people to break out after using this product but I've never had that problem with this or any other product.
I can't go to MAC without picking up a few lipsticks. I initially wanted to pick up Coral Bliss but that was out of stock, so I went with Ravishing. I saw one of my friends wear it a few weeks back and it looked lovely. A perfect coral which is more on the orange side with a teeny bit of pink. It's a creme sheen finish which is by far my favourite, they're so creamy and last quite a long time on my lips. Next up is Russian Red. I only own one true red lipstick which is a MAC Pro Long Wear product but I always wanted one which was a lot deeper. Ruby Woo was too drying for my liking so Russian Red seemed fitting for what I wanted. I need to pick up a lip liner to go with it, so if you have any suggestions. I can just imagine wearing this in autumn with a big chunky jumper.
