The Beauty Box: Beauteco August Beauty Box

I've never been that bothered with beauty boxes before. I've reviewed Birchbox in the past and I bought Glossybox one time earlier this year, but other than that, I wasn't bothered. I have plenty of samples lying around so I don't need anymore cluttering my desk, plus what if you got something you didn't like? It'll just go to waste, which is a shame as you paid for it. That's where the Beauteco box* comes into it, which gives you the choice of three 'menus' of boxes to pick from.

This is the second time I've had the Beauteco box arrive at my home and I am impressed. All of the brands of products in each box are the same, except there's different products to choose from. This month I choose menu 1 which consists of Arran Aromatics Lavender and Tea Tree Facial Wash (full size), Lord & Berry Intensity Lipstick Peach Gleam (full size, Lord & Berry Kissproof Lip Colour Blossom (full size), S5 Illuminate Serum (sample) and Melvita Apicosma Hand Cream (sample). So there's a few samples but the rest are full sizes which you don't see often in other boxes. They're not just kind to you either, they're kind to the environment too as the whole box it arrives in is recyclable. They're a sustainable business who are trying to reduce the carbon footprint and they also support local charities.

So you're not just getting beauty products, but you're helping too. It costs £12.95, but if you think about it, one of the Lord & Berry lipsticks costs £12 alone. Would you think about trying this box?
