I wasn't wearing make up, so I kept the best bits of my skincare next to my bed so I could keep reapplying it throughout the day. I was using two masks, Origins 10 Minute Drink Up and Clinique Moisture Surge Overnight Mask*, both which are amazing. I sometimes use the Origins mask as though it was a moisturiser and leave it on all night, but I kept topping this up during the day. The Origins mask contains Algae Extracts which deliver another helping of hydration for the skin, as it's an intense mask for a short amount of time. On the night time, I was using a mixture of oils and Clinique Moisture Surge Overnight Mask. I was going against using everything by using a night cream during the day, but Origins High-Potency Night-A-Mins was used throughout the day (well, I was sleeping all day too). I have just finished this little tub but I remembered I have another waiting in my skincare drawer, it's my favourite night cream by far. It's full of vitamins C, E & H and minerals, which help sloughs away the dead skin cells throughout the night. It does everything you need and leaves your skin smooth and not sticky. Another mixture I found was brilliant was a few drops of Jurlique Herbal Recovery Antioxidant Face Oil* mixed with Liz Earle Skin Repair Moisturiser*. I found that mixing a few drops of oil with any moisturiser helped a lot. I'm going to be putting to the test on a morning for the cold windy days. One of the main points about the Jurlique Face Oil is that it helps smooth fine lines, something I'm not worried about, but in turn it means that there is extra hydration coming from the face oil. Face oils are just something I love throughout the winter, I see a big difference int he texture of my skin when using them. Something which isn't included in the photo is a miniature Dr Lipp Nipple Balm* which I've been applying around my nose, as it's so flakey from blowing my nose a lot.
