Revlon Black Cherry lipstick is perfect for a bold berry lip. It's easy to build up the colour so it's very dark, but this is it applied before patting it down to tone down the colour a little. These lipsticks are so creamy, not matte in the slightest, yet they have amazing staying power. For the base, I've been loving Liz Earle Sheer Skin Tint*. I feel as though it is similar to Kevyn Aucoin Sensual Skin Tinted Balm, but don't hold me to that as I don't own it. It's a very thick cream, which when applied feels very moisturising on the skin and gives a tiny bit coverage. To add a little bit more coverage, I've been using Clinique Airbrush Concealer* under the eyes and around the nose to counteract any redness. Usually with brush concealers, the brush is a little useless, but with this one I'm able to apply straight to skin and blend with the brush too. I do tend to apply it to the back of my hand and blend with the RT Contour Brush, but for on the go, this is very handy. To set it all, Bourjois Java Rice Loose Powder has been used more than often. It may be because the Hourglass Ambient Lightening Palette was ordered the other day for Christmas, but it gives such a lovely soft glow look to the skin. Throughout the summer, I was all for the dewy look but now I'm leaning towards a more matte look now.
For the brows, I kept it simple with MAC Eyebrows in Fling, a firm favourite of mine. Along with the Hourglass palette, I ordered their brow sculptor which I'm excited to use. I have a feeling that my MAC Eyebrows is about to run out, so when I re-purchase that I'm going to pick it up in Lingering. I'm enjoying a stronger brow a lot more recently and Lingering will give me a little darker colour. Last week in London, I picked up another Benefit They're Real. I really do love this mascara, I haven't found one which beats it yet. When I first use a new bottle, I hate it but after a few uses, it becomes perfect again.
